• UK, USA & Canada: Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 days.

• International Orders: Orders shipped outside of the UK and North America are typically delivered within 14–21 days.

• EU Shipping: At this time, we are not accepting orders from countries within the European Union. Due to unpredictable customs duties, local taxes, and courier handling fees applied at the border, we have paused shipping to these regions to prevent our customers from facing unexpected charges upon delivery.

• Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the local postal service.

Returns & Refunds

• All Sales Final: To ensure the highest quality, each order is processed and fulfilled specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

• Damaged or Defective Items: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at helmpaperco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can quickly arrange a free replacement or a refund.
